This very unique and unrestored 1950 Plymouth Special Deluxe is a time travel machine to post war America. 1950 was the last year of this body style, having begun in 1946 right after the wars end with many carry over parts from 41' models. Under the hood is the original cast iron L-head inline six cylinder with single barrel carburetor. This smooth and quiet engine hands power over to a three speed manual column shifted transmission and on to a solid rear axle out back. Manual drum brake and manual steering mean that you can cancel your gym membership, because this workout is included with the car! Inside the light green cloth covered bench seats are in excellent condition, and the wood dash gives this car a very warm and inviting character. The gauges are nicely sculpted and please the eye, along with the chrome plated trim. The outside of this classic Plymouth is painted a dark green with excellent chrome trim and bumpers, and black wall tires mounted on steelies with full chrome caps.
