All the trim has been replaced and the mirrors have been moved to the front fenders for better functionality and that look! The windows are tinted, and the rears pop open to vent. Up front you'll find period correct driving lights, the roof has been customized with a cloth style sunroof, and out back custom hinges hold the rear lid open for improved air flow to the engine. Not just any old engine, this bad boy has been stroked to 1950CC with dual carbs and makes this one pumped up angry Beetle. Add a gods honest manual transmission and you have the recipe for more fun than you should be able to legally have! Helping keep you in control are cross drilled Wilwood brakes up front, Bilstein dampers all around, and sticky Nitto tires wrapped around custom made Porsche Fuchs style wheels. Inside you'll find custom two tone cloth upholstery, AutoMeter gauges, custom sound system with Bluetooth, and a banjo style steering wheel from a VW Bus. The pedals are floor hinged for that authentic race car feel, and the feel from behind the wheel with the wind in your hair is simply divine! Drop it into gear, give it a hit of the loud peddle and this Beetle darts away. The sound of the exhaust is like music from the heavens. The steering wheel feels alive in your hands, and even with the lowered stance the ride is well damped and never harsh.
